My Equity Comp is seeking an experienced Stock Plan Administrator to provide high-quality stock plan administration services to companies that outsource their equity compensation stock plans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, ensuring accurate and timely processing of stock plans, and providing expert guidance on equity compensation-related matters.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer multiple stock plans simultaneously, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Respond to client inquiries on various equity compensation-related questions, providing clear and concise guidance.
  • Train clients on software usage and general equity compensation principles, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
  • Develop and implement procedures to support client needs, including writing and maintaining documentation.
  • Assist clients with database tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Problem-solve and communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the equity compensation industry, with a strong understanding of Shareworks software.
  • Proven knowledge of equity compensation principles, including stock options, restricted stock, ESPP, and performance shares.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
