Mortgage Business Development Manager

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Business Development Manager to join our team at SummitHR. This role is responsible for proactively soliciting new residential mortgage business, identifying and developing quality business relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:- Proactively solicit new residential mortgage business
- Regularly identify and develop high-quality business relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service by pre-qualifying potential borrowers and maintaining knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain professional relationships and promote the successes of the company and coworkers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
