Vomela Transportation Group is seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri, or Indianapolis, Indiana. About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:
  1. Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Mid-West Region
  2. Leading a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance
  3. Collaborating with sales management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  4. Providing coaching and guidance to sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  5. Analyzing sales data to inform sales strategies and make data-driven decisions

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Successful business-to-business sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience managing a sales staff with a focus on leadership development and performance improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Competitive, persistent, and eager to achieve results

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
