Business Development Opportunity

Lushin Inc. is a leading sales and management consulting firm with a long history of delivering results-driven solutions to businesses. We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our St. Louis office, where you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring new clients.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base pay plus commissions ($80,000+), year 2-3 ($100,000), and year 4-5 ($225,000), as well as additional benefits such as a 3% 401K match, membership in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, health insurance, dental insurance, personal development budget, and yearly international trips.
