A Prentice Ray & Associates LLC is seeking a Strategic Program Director to lead our CA program team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced professional to leverage their expertise in program management, leadership, and strategic planning to drive success in a dynamic and challenging environment.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex programs with budgets exceeding $10 million annually. They will be responsible for providing authoritative advice and guidance to senior leaders on program formulation, budgeting, planning, development, execution, and evaluation. The successful candidate will also have experience in developing and implementing office-wide policies and procedures, coordinating program roles and responsibilities, and briefing officials on key issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Brief officials within the State Department, US intelligence community, Congressional Members and staff, Government Accounting Office, Office of Management and Budget, and other US officials and participant nation officials on plans, management, operations, budget, and key issues of the program
* Monitor and advise on the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training curricula to meet the current and emerging training and equipment needs of participant nations
* Assist with the identification and selection of participant nations and establishment of country-specific policy and training goals
* Recommend, coordinate development, and assist in the administration of contracts, inter-agency agreements, and cooperative agreements with commercial companies and other organizations

Requirements:

* Master's degree required
* 10 years' experience as a CA program manager of a $10-million+ annually budgeted program
* 5 years' experience assigned to US Diplomatic or Consular posts
* Technical understanding of strategic, operational, and tactical level events and environments
* Excellent written and oral communications skills

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per annum
