Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Engagement Director to join our team at Technical Assent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our Federal government client by providing high-quality solutions and contributing to the overall team effort.

About the Role

This position is responsible for assisting with communication and collaboration between internal and external teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives. You will also assist program leadership in developing and implementing engagement strategies, operational processes, and service level agreements to support strategic goals.

The successful candidate will have the ability to:

  • Collaborate in the development of agendas, briefing materials, and meeting summaries for governance boards, regional meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, public administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in program management or related fields.
  • Strong experience with budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

We offer a highly competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible PTO, healthcare coverage, FSA, HSA, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with employer contributions, training and wellness allowances, and commuter benefits.
