Lula is a fast-growing company in Kansas City, recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies by the KC Business Journals. We're looking for a skilled New Customer Advocate to join our team. As a New Customer Advocate, you'll be responsible for acquiring new customers through various channels. This role involves educating potential customers about Lula's unique value proposition, helping them streamline their maintenance process, and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Compensation Package
Our compensation package includes an annual salary range of 55-60K, commission, bonus programs, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off. You'll work full-time, Monday to Friday, at one location, without remote work options.

Responsibilities and Requirements
This position requires strong research skills, with the ability to identify potential customers and understand their needs. You'll need to develop effective communication strategies, prioritize tasks, manage your time efficiently, and demonstrate initiative in striving for continuous accuracy and quality. Additionally, you should be able to listen and talk on a phone headset/handset for up to 8 hours per day.

Candidate Profile
We're looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. You should have a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to balance working independently while being part of a team.
