Braun Intertec is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Senior Manager in our Denver office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall performance of the office's operational, client, and technical goals, ensuring personnel from the Engineering, Testing, and Drilling divisions meet expectations.
  • Make informed decisions regarding office-wide matters, such as facilities, office engagement, local marketing, and more.
  • Continuously monitor the office's financial performance by analyzing current and future activities, costs, and operational efficiency, providing regular feedback to management.
  • Evaluate employee performance objectively and establish goals that focus on improving technical, project management, and client service skills.
  • Manage the personnel mix to achieve office goals, including recruiting, hiring, and firing.
  • Collaborate with employees at all levels, particularly other Unit managers/leaders and marketing staff, to set direction for client-related pursuits and marketing objectives.
  • Direct client contracting in the office, adhering to Braun Intertec's Authority Grant Policy.
  • Monitor individual employee project management skills, specifically as they relate to financial project performance and client retention.
  • Foster a work environment that encourages cross-functional, multi-discipline teams, making Braun Intertec the employer and consultant of choice.
Required Skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports and legal documents.
  • Capacity to respond to customer inquiries, regulatory agency requests, or business community concerns.
  • Proven ability to manage success and conflict among teams and individual personnel, prioritizing Braun Intertec's best interests.
  • Understanding of Braun Intertec's internal systems and practices, with the ability to train, manage, and adhere to them.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or ten+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
