  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and implementation of brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Marketing Communications: Create and execute marketing communications plans, including advertising, public relations, social media, and email marketing.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in marketing, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
