Overview: A reputable independent insurance agency is in search of a qualified professional to fulfill the role of Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. A 4-40 Insurance license is essential for this position. Experience with agency systems is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to educate clients about various insurance products.
  • Uphold a strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving success on a daily basis.

Work Schedule: Standard hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with evenings and Saturdays available by appointment.

Qualifications:

  • 4-40 Insurance license is mandatory.
