Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
- Implement a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about their insurance choices.
- Uphold a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success.
