Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.

Work Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with evenings and Saturdays available by appointment only.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Experience in Insurance Sales with Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses.
  • Sales experience (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to connect with customers on a personal level.
  • Required: 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license.
  • Required: 2-15 insurance license.
