Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled shifts
  • Arrive in the appropriate uniform: approved shirt, khaki or black athletic pants, and sneakers, ensuring a well-groomed appearance
  • Consistently aim to exceed customer expectations
  • Engage with members through eye contact, genuine smiles, and enthusiastic communication
  • Exhibit attentiveness and courtesy towards customers
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency in assisting members
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude
  • Utilize clear, professional, and proactive communication skills when necessary
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is beneficial
  • Current CPR/AED certification is an advantage
Job Duties:
  • Welcome and check-in members upon their arrival
  • Effectively address and resolve customer concerns
  • Promote and sell memberships, retail products, and merchandise
  • Follow up promptly with potential customers
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for both members and staff
  • Perform opening and closing duties according to the schedule
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Be available to work shifts starting as early as 5 am and ending as late as 10 pm
Compensation: $11.00 per hour
