Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage Marketing Programs
    • Lead, develop, and implement a fully integrated marketing strategy and lead the end-to-end development across marketing functions (including creative, messaging, merchandising, email, paid media, measurement, and reporting) to support specific partners and marketing objectives that are aligned with Company's goals.
  • Marketing Relationship Management
    • Serve as the marketing relationship manager for EBG's top Travel & Entertainment partners and products, including Broadway, Live Nation, Cirque Du Soleil, Concerts, and Sporting Events.
  • Strategic Marketing Planning
    • Develop the strategic marketing plans for the T&E partners, along with updates and reporting on new developments with these partners.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting
    • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and sales to gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Team Leadership
    • Ability to lead and manage a team of Marketing Coordinators to assist in daily tasks.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Partner with the VP of Consumer Marketing with all aspects related to their responsibilities on integrated marketing, merchandising, CRM, paid media, reporting, and insights.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conducts research and analysis, translating campaign performance into reports and communication to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or similar discipline.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
    • Experience in Entertainment, Travel, or Hospitality Industry. Preferred industry experience in Live Entertainment such as theme parks, Broadway, shows, or concerts.
  • Skills
    • Digital Marketing in an agency or large-scale e-commerce company a plus.
    • Knowledge and experience in the following software/tools:
      • Adobe Creative Cloud.
      • Google Analytics.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
    • Must have attention to detail and possess critical thinking and quantitative skills.
    • Experience building complex digital marketing programs, presenting, and reporting on the results.
    • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web, and digital design, production, etc.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
    • Ability to travel as necessary.
    • Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
    • Ability to quickly adapt to change.
Compensation

Salary will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
