Marketing Manager Job Description

Haymarket Media Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is located in our New York, NY office, with two days on-site (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and three days remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Event Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote entry and ticket revenue for our prestigious events.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive event attendance, and deliver on commercial activations.
  • Sales Team Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and targeted outreach initiatives to support their efforts.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Targeted Messaging: Develop and execute targeted messaging strategies that align with campaign objectives, ensuring that each communication resonates with the intended audience and drives desired actions.
  • Email Campaigns: Create compelling and visually appealing email campaigns, from drafting persuasive copy to designing layouts, that effectively communicate the brand's message and encourage customer interaction and loyalty.
  • Timeline Management: Ensure timely execution of marketing plans and campaigns, coordinating schedules and deadlines to meet project goals efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in event marketing or media industry.
  • Proven track record of successful social media management and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
