Golden Reserve LLC is seeking a skilled Client Relations Expert to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between our clients and our financial services, combining elements of a Paraplanner and a Client Services Coordinator. It is important to note that this position is not administrative in nature.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Sales Management: Oversee the comprehensive back-end client sales process, including the development of personalized client Roadmaps, which serve as our unique financial planning tool.
  2. Exceptional Client Support: Provide top-tier ongoing support and service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  3. Insurance Application Facilitation: Manage the complete execution of insurance applications from start to finish.

As a Client Relations Expert, you will be supported by a dedicated team of three Client Services Team Members, assisting with workload management, new business support, and training needs.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000.
