Job Title: Associate Director of Integrated Marketing Operations

At Verizon Communications, we're looking for a highly skilled Associate Director of Integrated Marketing Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer Integrated Marketing organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate individuals in driving enhancements, fostering user engagement, and maximizing the value derived from our in-house and off-the-shelf tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for our suite of marketing and communication tools.
  • Responsible for securing leadership alignment and driving the execution of the roadmap, including timely delivery in collaboration with IT.
  • Design and advocate effective communications and training programs to ensure users are equipped to leverage the full potential of our toolset.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms to track tool usage and trends.
  • Manage the overall tools budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science).
  • 7+ years of experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a people leader.
  • Experience in product management or leading tool strategy, roadmap, implementation, and adoption initiatives.
  • Experience managing budgets.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science).
  • Experience with Go To Market / Integrated Marketing/ Marketing Operations processes is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint/Adobe Workfront is a plus.
