About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and communication plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of the brand's integrated marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Work closely with managers to support the briefing process to external communication agencies, ensuring effective execution of brand activities.
  • Lead the execution of day-to-day operational activities, including brand volume forecasting and financial planning.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of the market, including product category segments, channels, and consumer behavior.
  • Lead business/operational activities, including business tracking, competitive tracking, inventory management, and interactions with Consumer Services.
Requirements
  • BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in CPG, OTC, or Cosmetics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with category analysis and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniques, such as Nielsen or IRI data.
  • Strong project management skills and effective communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal).
