About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Growth Manager to join our team at MediaRadar. As a Client Growth Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the retention and growth of a book of business for existing SMB clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account plans to meet retention and account growth targets
  • Identify and build relationships with key champions and leaders across the customer's organization
  • Drive commercial activity, including commercial negotiations, and escalate to leadership when necessary
  • Partner with Customer Success and Customer Support teams to resolve customer issues and provide best-in-class customer experience
  • Document client engagement activity and proactively manage the renewal pipeline
  • Escalate complex issues to leadership and partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment
  • Collaborate with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure successful new client onboarding and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Influence the product roadmap by sharing client feedback with Commercial leaders and Product teams
Requirements
  • Experience working with SMB clients
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities
