About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth of Small to Medium Business (SMB) clients using our payment and workforce management solutions to scale their business globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and strengthen high-value client relationships to achieve retention targets
  • Persuade clients of the benefits of sending all of their payments to international service providers using Payoneer
  • Review and propose process improvements that drive client retention and market penetration
  • Maintain all activities within our CRM systems
  • Work with internal teams to deliver results for customers
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of account management, business development, or relevant experience in Fintech/SaaS
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Genuine comfort with phone-based sales and holding a quota
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
  • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs, and drive results
  • High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
  • Desire to drive meaningful organizational change
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Payments or Banking industry
  • Experience with Workforce Management solutions
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
