Key Responsibilities

  • Direct sales of Visa Direct Money Movement Flows (AFTs and OCTs) with Payment Processors, Primary and Secondary Enablers, FinTechs and Originators.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization – leverage data and analytics to provide actionable insights and reporting to accelerate the growth of partners and provide leadership visibility into key initiatives and growth levers.
  • Stakeholder Management – build, deepen, and expand relationships with key internal and client stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
  • Strategic Initiatives – support development and execution of strategic growth initiatives such as joint marketing initiatives, sales pitches, and client trainings in partnership with key cross functional stakeholders.
  • Joint Pipeline Management and Portfolio Growth – manage and joint sales pipeline with key partners and develop strategies to accelerate growth of existing portfolio companies.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • 7-10+ years of progressively more responsible experience in direct sales, contract negotiations, strategy, business development, partnerships, business analysis, program management, planning and operations, and/or related functions.
  • Experience at a large, leading Technology, Payments, and/or Financial Services company is not required but highly preferred.
  • Experience in Payments industry across different markets.
  • Experience working with Payment processors/enablers as well as FinTechs.
