Opportunity

Flywheel Ventures is our division focused on high-growth investments in emerging marketplaces. This exciting opportunity allows you to be part of a startup environment within a larger company, driving innovation and success.

We're seeking an Account Executive to drive sales on TikTok Shop and Walmart Marketplace. This role requires a proven track record of sales success, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a data-driven approach to measure performance.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, with a 50/50 split between base salary and commission (up to $150,000 OTE). We're looking for a hybrid (3x a week) candidate to join our West Coast offices (San Francisco or Seattle preferred).

Responsibilities
  1. Drive revenue growth for Flywheel Ventures globally
  2. Manage complex sales cycles from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of current market trends and client needs
  4. Develop comprehensive business plans, leveraging data and insights to drive sales
  5. Collaborate with pre-sales and product marketing teams to create joint demand generation strategies
  6. Work closely with Client Services and Product teams to deliver exceptional results
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience selling SaaS products to SMB or Enterprise customers in emerging markets
  • Ability to develop relationships with C-Level leadership or senior executives
  • Highly motivated hunter mentality and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and data analysis
  • Ability to travel globally, as needed
