Kendall Automotive Group is a leading family-owned and operated dealership in the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking an Automotive Warranty Coordinator to join our Service team at Kendall Ford of Anchorage. This role offers competitive pay, with an estimated annual salary of $65,000, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of demonstrated success with OEM warranty admin experience; experience in accounting a plus. Responsibilities include processing all warranty claims, verifying criteria required by factory or distributor, reconciling all warranty receivable in the accounting schedule, following up on all outstanding claims, resubmitting all rejected claims, and filing and maintaining all service records as required by the warrantor.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Working Conditions: Primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
