We are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our Service team. At Kendall Ford of Anchorage, our Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. This is not an entry level position. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of demonstrated success with OEM warranty admin experience; experience in accounting a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to processing all warranty claims, verifying criteria required by factory or distributor, reconcile all warranty receivable in the accounting schedule, follow up on all outstanding claims, resubmit all rejected claims, and file and maintain all service records as required by the warrantor. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, complete work in a timely fashion, have superior customer service and communication skills, and be able to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
