Position Overview

The Copper Cellar Corporate Office is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic accounting team. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our organization through meticulous bookkeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
  • Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and financial records
  • Handle a multi-line phone system effectively
  • Perform data entry and oversee database management tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact well with others
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
  • Capability to work independently and efficiently
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Access to reliable transportation
