Compensation Structure
Base salary complemented by commission and bonus opportunities.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday with evenings off.

Training and Development
Hands-on training provided with ample career advancement opportunities and mentor support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek new business through phone outreach, networking, and various lead generation methods.
  • Create and present insurance quotes, effectively closing sales.
  • Generate and manage insurance quotes.
  • Contribute to the agency's growth and sales initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Confident and capable of working independently.
  • Possession of a Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
