The Position

We're seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines Producer to join our team. This individual will be required to keep up in a fast-paced industry and guide their clients through the personal lines insurance buying process while educating them along the way. Evertree is not your typical insurance agency, and we don't pay like one either. Unlike a standard sales role, we offer a generous base salary, and there's no cold calling. Key Responsibilities
  • Embrace the Evertree Sales Philosophy while hitting monthly sales goals
  • Convert incoming prospects into multi-line clients
  • Maximize every opportunity by handling each lead in a timely manner
  • Keep track of client workflow by following organizational standards
  • Learn the ins and outs of personal lines insurance & life insurance

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, prior experience in insurance sales is a plus
  • Strong ability to negotiate effectively and drive sales results-be persistent & persuasive
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
  • Efficiency/organization skills
  • Tech savvy-can navigate multiple CRM systems
