Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into various systems, ensuring data integrity and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Input data from various sources into designated databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
  • Verify the accuracy of entered data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with data entry software is a plus.

Work Environment:

This position requires working in an office environment with minimal supervision. You will spend a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine. Occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping may be required.
