This position is fully remote, operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Essential Skills Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (testing will be conducted)

- Strong presentation and group facilitation abilities; excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, maintain records, and manage projects related to security services and operations
- Research and analytical skills
- Effective interaction with employees and clients at all levels, including executives, across diverse cultures
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and achieving results
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A suitable combination of education and experience in administration, supervision, or management
Key Responsibilities
- Organization and execution of administrative and operational programs
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Experience in remote communication and coordination is preferred
