Labor Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor Compliance Manager to join our team at Executive Search Partners LLC. As a Labor Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance programs and initiatives
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of schematics and blueprint reading
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail to identify potential compliance issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey compliance requirements to employees
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
