Join Prime Healthcare's Team as a Credentialing Coordinator

Prime Healthcare is a leading health system headquartered in Ontario, California. With 45 hospitals and over 300 outpatient locations across 14 states, we provide more than 2.6 million patient visits annually.

We are seeking a skilled Credentialing Coordinator to join our team. As a Credentialing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of healthcare provider information, as well as maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and update provider information in our credentialing database
  • Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks on healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of provider credentials and compliance status
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OIG

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credentialing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
