Human Resources Development Specialist

Schneider Electric is seeking a talented Human Resources Intern to join our team in Smyrna, Tennessee. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of the employee experience while supporting and driving human resources initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting of key talent and new hire on-boarding
- Support Learning & Development initiatives
- Help drive employee engagement through participation and support of cross-functional plant teams
- Be a key resource for employees needing Human Resources support
Requirements
- College Senior or masters student seeking a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or a related field of study
- Experience or interest in Project Management
- Preferred experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 360
