About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Project Finance to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in financing our mission to lead in full-value-chain battery solutions for a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for potential projects, evaluating financial viability, risks, and returns.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess project profitability, cash flow projections, and investment returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project data and information, and provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare project financing proposals, including loan applications, investment memorandums, and financial presentations.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as banks, investors, and financial institutions, to secure project financing and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Identify and assess financial risks associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to project finance, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is preferred.
  • Over 8 years of proven experience in financial institutions, i.e. Structuring financing or Project Financing in commercial banks or investment banks.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial principles, concepts, and practices, as well as financial markets and instruments.
  • A strong understanding of financial analysis and modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
