Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Scale Associate to join our Ag Retail division within our grain facility. The Scale Associate plays a crucial role in interacting directly with customers and managing documentation related to incoming and outgoing products.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accurately weigh and assess grain in all inbound and outbound trucks utilizing both computerized and manual measurement tools.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
3. Answer phone calls in a timely manner and route them as necessary.
4. Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
5. Support colleagues as required.
6. Uphold a robust safety culture by adhering to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and report workplace hazards, and assist in rectifying unsafe conditions.

Minimum Qualifications
- 0-6+ months of experience in Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Service.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient in data entry and computer usage.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays during peak periods.
