Job Overview

Position Objective: To assist clients, dealers, and sales personnel in addressing inquiries related to all aspects of trailers, including their functionality, warranties, and customer expectations. Deliver precise and comprehensive information to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily inquiries from clients, dealers, and sales teams regarding trailer-related questions.
  2. Investigate concerns and gather necessary information to provide solutions.
  3. Coordinate repair parts requests and oversee the entire process from initiation to customer delivery.
  4. Guide clients and dealers on warranty guidelines and processes.
  5. Collaborate closely with the customer service manager and engineering teams to implement trailer enhancements and corrective actions.
  6. Conduct trailer demonstrations for customer pickups.
  7. Assist walk-in clients with their requirements.
  8. Utilize warranty management systems to create and process warranty claims.
  9. Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of experience with Trail King products, ideally in a production or quality assurance capacity.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  4. Willingness to travel is essential.
  5. Mechanical aptitude is necessary.
  6. Excellent communication skills are required.

  3. Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
