About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Executive Director of Luxury Hospitality at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record in luxury hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations and providing strategic leadership to drive exceptional guest experiences and financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Hotel Operations: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and service initiatives.
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead and Develop the Executive Team: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to the executive team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Ensure Guest and Team Member Satisfaction: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and team member engagement, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Monitor and Improve Operational Performance: Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of General Manager Experience: Proven track record of managing a luxury property with $50M or greater revenue.
  • Strategic Sales and Marketing Expertise: Experience developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and attract new business.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial operations and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Union Partnership Experience: Proven success in managing and maintaining Union partnerships.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Ability to build and maintain a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
