About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the General Manager of our esteemed Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills property. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record in luxury hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations and providing strategic leadership to drive exceptional guest service and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to attract new business and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, professional development, and recognition.
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members.
  • Serve as primary liaison with hotel owners and corporate entities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience managing a luxury property with $50M or greater revenue.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue.
  • Success in managing and maintaining Union partnerships.
  • Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and partnerships.
  • Extensive experience in Food & Beverage management to ensure high standards of service and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing a Forbes 5-Star property.
  • Familiarity with California labor regulations.
  • Deep understanding of the local market.
  • Hilton brand experience.
