Everise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our business development efforts in the BPO industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BPO industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national and international companies in the travel, transportation, retail, financial services, logistics, and energy sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including targeted campaigns and sales channel development.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities to drive repeatable and profitable revenues.
- Work closely with our RFP team to ensure high-quality proposals and submissions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and new business development in the BPO industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly responsive and solution-oriented, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
What We Offer:
Everise offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $220,000 - $250,000, as well as benefits such as medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include commission earnings and other benefit programs.
