Position Overview

We are in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to take the helm of our technology initiatives at FomoCollabs. This role is pivotal as we refine our technology strategy during a crucial phase of growth. Comprehensive market analysis has underscored the necessity for this position, and we are poised to attract substantial investment.

This role includes a 20% equity stake in the organization, transitioning to a compensated position upon securing funding. The CTO will lead software development efforts, manage project execution, establish IT strategy, define system architecture, and spearhead product innovation. Initially, a hands-on approach will be essential to lay the groundwork for future team expansion and ensure that all technical elements align with our strategic vision.

Required Qualifications

  • Robust experience in Software Development and Product Innovation, particularly in evolving from no-code solutions to custom applications.
  • Familiarity with no-code platforms is advantageous, as our initial rollout will utilize such technologies.
  • Proficient in Project Management and IT Strategy formulation.
  • Deep understanding of IT Architecture.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or social media platforms is beneficial.
