We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Support Specialist to join our team at Jackson Hewitt - 3313. As a Tax Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer calls and respond to their inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
* Document customer records and cases accurately and efficiently
* Utilize software and tools to provide excellent customer service
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
* Ability to learn new technologies quickly
