Job Overview

The Regional Tax Manager at Kelvion Products Inc is responsible for overseeing and managing all tax-related activities within the Americas region. This includes ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations, supporting global transfer pricing initiatives, and developing tax strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the preparation and timely submission of all tax returns.
  • Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, providing accurate documentation and explanations.
  • Oversee the accurate calculation and payment of taxes for the region, working closely with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Develop and implement regional tax strategies with Group Tax, and aligned with the company's global objectives, minimizing tax liabilities whilst ensuring compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in regional or international tax management, preferably in a multinational corporation or public accounting firm.
  • Strong understanding of transfer pricing regulations and compliance requirements.
