Computer User Support Specialist

Job Title: Computer User Support Specialist
Job Summary:
Hyperion Biotechnology is seeking a skilled Computer User Support Specialist to provide immediate help desk support to users in the US Army's Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Accession Information Environment Support Services (AIESS) program.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to end-user requests for support to resolve basic computer, applications, system, device, access, or performance issues.
- Utilize product information or solution database to research, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions.
- Advise users on methods, steps, and actions to resolve and avoid future issues and provide documentation as needed.
- Document incidents using help desk systems or tools.
- Escalate problems to appropriate levels or teams to achieve issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Experience in Army Accession Information Environment desired.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Available for off-hour and weekend shifts as needed.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to pass a government background check.
