Position Overview:
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a dedicated team of assistant supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior technicians/RBTs in executing personalized treatment strategies grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop tailored ABA-based programs for clients.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Clinical Teams to guarantee the delivery of high-quality care, authorization, supervision, and effective implementation of treatment plans.
- Foster a positive and supportive culture through daily interactions within clinic, school, home, and community settings.
- Provide mentorship and training to the clinical team, directly influencing the care provided to clients on your caseload across various environments.

Additional Duties:
- Facilitate face-to-face supervision for assigned clients.
- Regularly supervise and support assistant supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior technicians/RBTs, including conducting performance evaluations.
- Implement parent training sessions to ensure treatment fidelity and promote skill generalization across different settings.
- Ensure compliance with medical record documentation protocols as per organizational standards.
- Offer guidance to clinicians pursuing certification and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) within the ABA framework.
- Proven experience in training staff on behavioral principles and procedures.
- Proficient in utilizing software systems for documentation and information management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess clinical and social data for effective diagnosis and treatment planning.

Skills Required:
- Competence in behavior management, instructional techniques, and effective communication (both oral and written).
- Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to professional growth and a passion for assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their fullest potential.
