As a Lead BCBA, you will play a key role in supporting our families and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to diverse individuals.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be a BCBA with at least two years of experience in the field. You will be passionate about meeting new families and helping them navigate their ABA journey. You will also be an effective collaborator, able to work closely with clinical and non-clinical team members to achieve our goals.
