Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans to foster client growth and skill acquisition.
- Provide supervision and training to staff, ensuring fidelity in program implementation.
- Lead Family Treatment Guidance sessions, facilitating effective communication and support.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential from the BACB.
- Licensure from the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners is required or in progress.
