Customer Account Specialist / French Speaker

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Customer Account Specialist who are fluent in French. This role involves overseeing the comprehensive operational relationship with our esteemed clients and partners. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, order management, logistics execution, accounts receivable, and addressing customer inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee short-term product forecasting and communicate any discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage order execution, ensuring stock availability and optimizing delivery to meet client needs.
  • Track orders, monitor delivery processes, and keep clients informed throughout.
  • Gather and address all client requests regarding product specifications, value, and quality.
  • Utilize critical thinking to proactively resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy accounts receivable.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in customer service, accounts receivable, supply chain, or logistics is advantageous.
  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to prioritize and make informed decisions quickly based on varying client and internal partner needs.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess data, identify trends, and connect seemingly unrelated concepts.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid office environment.
