As a Customer Account Specialist, you will oversee the complete operational relationship with our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass forecasting, executing orders and logistics, managing accounts receivable, and addressing customer inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage short-term product forecasting and communicate any discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee order execution, ensuring stock availability and optimizing delivery to meet customer needs.
- Track orders, monitor delivery processes, and keep customers informed throughout.
- Facilitate all customer requests regarding product quality, value, and logistics.
- Utilize critical thinking to proactively address issues and drive continuous operational improvements.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payment and maintain healthy accounts receivable.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in customer service, accounts receivable, supply chain, or logistics is advantageous.
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to prioritize and make informed decisions quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and recognize patterns.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid office environment.
