Cardiac Rhythm Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Rhythm Analyst to join our team at Lancaster General Health. As a Monitor Technician Specialist, you will be responsible for continuous observation of cardiac rhythms in the Central Monitoring Room.
Key Responsibilities- Admit patients into the system and enter all applicable patient information.
- Verify patient telemetry transmitters and complete necessary paperwork.
- Analyze and document patient rhythm strips, notifying nurses of any abnormalities.
- Maintain equipment and keep the work environment organized.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of the Dysrhythmia Course and MST orientation.
- Basic computer skills and ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to complete annual competency assessment for cardiac rhythm interpretation.
- Experience in cardiac rhythm analysis or a related field.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to complete data entry on clinical documentation screens.
