Marketing Operations Lead

Role Summary
The Campaign Operations Lead will oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on email programs in Iterable and Marketo. This role requires strong project management skills, email marketing expertise, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Campaign Operations team in executing marketing campaigns, particularly email programs in Iterable and Marketo.
- Design and document scalable processes for campaign operations, including campaign setup, deployment, QA, and post-campaign reporting.
- Train and mentor campaign operations team members on email campaign best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
- Manage relationships and budgets with third-party service providers to ensure smooth delivery of work between agencies and the marketing team.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance to optimize conversions and overall results.
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Field and Channel Marketing, and other marketing teams to align campaign execution with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, including 2+ years of leading a Campaign Operations or Marketing Operations team.
- Solid hands-on experience building email campaigns on marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo and Iterable.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, and resource management.
- Proven track record of making data-driven decisions to optimize conversions and performance of marketing campaigns.
- Well-organized, able to prioritize tasks, and handle time optimally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Iterable and/or Marketo.
- Good understanding of database structure, analytics, and campaign attribution.
Total Rewards
US Zone 1: $149,900 - $202,900 USD
US Zone 2: $133,300 - $180,300 USD
The range(s) listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role, subject to change.
Please note, OTE are for sales roles only.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox's total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.
Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee's remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current US Zone locations are as follows:
