We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager to drive our marketing operations strategy and execution at Dagster Labs.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our scaling efforts and shape the future of our Marketing Operations in a dynamic, tech-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, proficiency in marketing automation platforms including Hubspot, and experience with Salesforce and managing large datasets.

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for creating and optimizing lead and campaign processes, designing dashboards and reports, managing marketing tech stack integrations and tooling, and overseeing the effectiveness of our marketing automation and CRM systems.

Collaborating closely with sales and other key teams, the Marketing Operations Manager will analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and implement process improvements to ensure we drive growth and maximize ROI.

The Marketing Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing and presenting regular reports and forecasts on marketing performance, campaign results, and ROI, analyzing performance by channel/campaign, and providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Additionally, the Marketing Operations Manager will maintain marketing database in Hubspot, build workflows, set up and optimize lead forms, ensure data accuracy/cleanliness, track and follow-up, and own marketing technology stack and automation, managing and valuating it to ensure it is being used effectively.

The Marketing Operations Manager will also identify and implement marketing processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness, including establishing best practices, and assist the Head of Marketing in overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns, including email, digital, and social media amongst others, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics and other BI tools for reporting and data analysis, excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to various stakeholders, and the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop strategic solutions.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000.
